You'll partner with the Director of People to inform and deliver on the People strategy, while rolling up your sleeves on the day-to-day operations that keep a global team running. You're energized by using AI to reimagine how People Operations is delivered, and you hold a high bar for the teams you help build to attract and retain Olympic-calibre talent.\nWhile this is a distributed-first role, you must be located in the Greater Toronto Area and are encouraged to be in the office at least 3x per month.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nWorking on a small team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the direction of this role based on your strengths, interests and career aspirations.
