With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress.\nObjective / Purpose of the Function:\nCarry out the calibration, maintenance and repair of the equipment used for the manufacture of high voltage sources in Spellman de México, as well as the updating and calibration programming of the equipment in the CMMS: Computerized Maintenance Management System, in addition to the sending of the itself to calibrate/repair externally and other activities necessary to keep the equipment in good operating conditions, always complying with Quality standards in each of its activities.\nPrincipal Responsibilities:\nCarry out calibrations of Temperature measurement equipment, for mechanical, electrical and dimensional assembly.\nComply with the dates established for equipment calibrations.\nManagement of the CMMS Asset Inventory System.\nAdd equipment, generate, create and schedule calibration orders in the CMMS Asset Inventory System or equivalent.\nMaintain updated CMMS Asset Inventory System.\nMaintain Calibration Reports in the document retention drive.\nProvide technical support on electronic equipment.\nSend electronic equipment to be calibrated externally.\nMonitor material in stock (Spare parts).\nGenerate purchase orders for parts and equipment (Mexican/American requisitions).\nComply with the Health, Safety and Environment Policy, following the procedures and work instructions applicable to his/her activities for the participation in the established Objectives and Goals.\nCompetences / abilities:\nRange/Level: (1-Basic, 2-Intermediate, 3- Advanced, 4- Expert)\n· Electronic Engineering or minimum experience of 2 years in a similar position.\n· Knowledge of Calibration of measuring equipment.\n· Repair of measurement equipment.\n· Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.\n· Interpretation of electronic diagrams and manuals of measuring equipment.\n· Basic English.\n· Knowledge and understanding in Environmental & Quality Management Systems in their current versions (e.g. ISO 14001,9001).\nWe at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation believe that each individual is entitled to equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status or disability.
