With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress.\nJob Title: Encapsulation Technician\nFunction: Manufacturing\nReporting to: Encapsulation Team Leader\nMAIN OBJECTIVES\nResponsible for all aspects of the production critical encapsulation process required for product manufactured.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nCarry out all aspects of the Encapsulation process including encapsulating, sealing, and priming of assemblies.\nCarrying out routine checks, maintenance and cleaning of encapsulation machines, compressor, vacuum pump, maintenance and filter change of spray booth equipment all in accordance with procedures.\nPlanning, progressing and co-ordinating workload in accordance with production schedule and other internal customers, such as repair and design departments.\nRaising production paperwork including non-compliance/rework records and stores requisitions in accordance with company processes.\nEnsuring all quality procedures for build and workmanship standards and ESD requirements are implemented.\nMaintaining and improving housekeeping and cleanliness of work area.\nWorking on own initiative reading BOM’s and drawings etc.\nEngagement in continuous improvement initiatives.\nResponsibility for adhering to the Company’s Quality ISO9001 Quality and ISO14001 Environmental Management system requirements and the Health and Safety Management System.\nSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE\nGood attention to detail.
