With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress.\nPrincipales responsabilidades:\nSupervisar proyectos bajo dirección directa.\nRegistrar, atender y dar seguimiento a las comunicaciones entrantes de los clientes.\nInformar y capacitar a los usuarios sobre el funcionamiento de equipos y/o software; analizar situaciones y emitir recomendaciones oportunas.\nMantener informados a los clientes de manera profesional, asegurando la exactitud de los detalles.\nRegistrar con precisión todas las comunicaciones con los clientes utilizando el software de mesa de ayuda (service desk) correspondiente.\nBrindar soporte en la instalación y realizar el mantenimiento rutinario de hardware y software.\nAnalizar y resolver fallos, desde caídas críticas del sistema hasta problemas de contraseñas olvidadas.\nAsegurar que la documentación y las notas de trabajo se mantengan actualizadas y precisas.\nApoyar en otras tareas cuando la dirección lo requiera.\nCumplir y asegurar que el personal a su cargo cumpla con cada uno de los puntos establecidos en el código de conducta (ética) de Spellman de México, S.A. de C.V.\nCumplir con la Política de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, siguiendo los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo aplicables a sus actividades para contribuir a los objetivos y metas establecidos.\nCompetencias / habilidades:\n· Licenciatura en Tecnologías de la Información.\n· Más de 3 años de experiencia en el área y en soporte técnico.\n· Conocimientos avanzados de Windows.\n· Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Office.\n· Conocimientos básicos de enrutadores (routers), cortafuegos (firewalls), conmutadores (switches), dispositivos VPN, tecnologías inalámbricas y otras tecnologías de redes.\n· Instalación de impresoras y otros accesorios de equipo de cómputo.\n· Manejo e instalación de cableado estructurado Cat6.\n· Reparación de hardware de computadoras e instalación de software. · Capacidad para elaborar documentación y notas de trabajo claras, concisas y precisas.\n· Inglés básico.\n· Sólidos conocimientos y experiencia práctica en la administración de Active Directory y correo electrónico Exchange.\n· Sólidos conocimientos sobre métodos de copia de seguridad y restauración de sistemas informáticos.\n· Capacidad para comunicarse a un nivel técnico adecuado a las circunstancias; por ejemplo, al dirigirse a clientes con distintos niveles de conocimientos y competencias informáticas.\nWe at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation believe that each individual is entitled to equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status or disability.
