With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress.\nInspector-In Process --Sr.\nPurpose: A Senior Inspector is an experienced quality or technical inspector responsible for performing complex inspections, ensuring products or processes meet specifications, and mentoring junior inspectors.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform advanced inspections using measurement tools, gauges, and testing equipment.\nRead Drawing and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product\nVerify in-process and final product conformance on high-voltage assemblies and test setups.\nLead First Article Inspections (FAIs) and document results in accordance with AS9102 or equivalent standards.\nDocument nonconformities and prepare inspection reports.\nProvide technical support and guidance to other inspectors.\nSupport calibration and equipment verification.\nMaintain inspection records per quality management system requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100).\nReject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.\nRecommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.\nMeasure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.\nResolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines\nPrepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records\nDirect assembly adjustments to ensure operations reflect quality standards\nPut accessary together for product before shipment\nPerform Quality Audit\nPerform necessary transactions in ERP system.\nTrain and mentor Inspectors I-II on inspection methods, test procedures, and safety practices. Typical Requirements:\n5 years of inspection experience.\nFamiliarity with advanced inspection tools.\nAdvanced understanding of schematics, wiring practices, insulation systems, and clearance/creepage requirements.\nRequired Certification: IPC-A-610 and IPC-WHMA-A-620 (current).\nPreferred Certifications: ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or equivalent.\nOur good faith estimate of the hourly rate range for this role is $30.00 to $35.00. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and other factors.
