With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress.\nEl lider de Almacen realiza la recepción, almacenamiento y surtido de materiales, revisando, organizando y distribuyendo los mismos; a fin de mantener los niveles de inventarios necesarios y garantizar un servicio eficiente a la organización, alineados al trabajo en equipo y la mejora continua.\nPrincipales Responsabilidades:\n Verificar entrenamiento de personal a su cargo en las diferentes operaciones del proceso.\n Liberación de trabajo a operadores de acuerdo con el procedimiento 101501-259MEX y fechas de vencimiento.\n Auditar PEPS/PCPS y Conteos cíclicos del área.\n Soporte elaboración de gráficos del área.\n Aplicación del reglamento interior del trabajo.\n Programar actividades diarias de producción.\n Apoyar con los objetivos definidos en KPI’s (Dashboard)\n Participación en el Mejoramiento Continuo\n Seguimiento y soporte para el uso y manejo adecuado de los sistemas que se requieren en producción por parte del personal (Shvlabor, Genealogia, ESD, Asignación Glovia, calibración, etc.)\n Apoyo en el sistema de auditorías internas.\n Mantener las 5’s en el área de trabajo.\n Incluyendo todas las actividades inherentes al puesto.\n Disponibilidad de Tiempo Extra.\n Disponibilidad de Horario.\n Dar cumplimiento y cuidar que el personal bajo su cargo de cumplimiento a cada uno de los puntos considerados dentro del código de conducta (ética) de Spellman de México, S.A. de C.V.\n Cumplir con la Política de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, siguiendo los procedimientos e instrucciones aplicables a sus actividades.\nCompetencias y habilidades:\nPonderación/Nivel: (1-Básico, 2- Intermedio, 3- Avanzado, 4-Especializado)\n Nivel de escolaridad: Universidad\n Experiencia a nivel líder de producción y/o experiencia en los procesos de Spellman mínimo un año.\n Conocimientos de Inventarios (Especializado)\n Estrategias en Conteos Cíclicos (Avanzado)\n Microsoft Office (Avanzado)\n Sistema C1V1 (Avanzado)\n Manejo de materiales y sustancias químicas (Especializado)\n Experiencia en Manejo de personal (Avanzado)\nWe at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation believe that each individual is entitled to equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status or disability.
