With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress.\nPurpose of the Function:To provide the master schedule based on the business, shipment, inventory, and production plans and serves as a primary point of contact for Inter-Companies, Sales, Production, and Shipping departments. The Master Scheduler is responsible for creating and managing all production and shipment schedules.\nPrincipal Responsibilities:\nReview Customer Orders to determine shipping dates.\nIdentify and assess risks, issues, and conflicts that may impact the shipping schedule, and develop mitigation plans.\nschedule status, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions.\nRegularly update and maintain the shipping plan by incorporating changes, updates, and adjustments as necessary.\nCollaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure alignment between the schedule and resource allocation.\nCommunicate frequently with sister companies concerning orders, delivery concerns and other customer-related needs.\nMaintain minimum inventory for Kanban in warehouse to support Customer demand.\nExecute, update and maintains customer portals as needed.\nSupport the new product transfers.\nParticipate in daily OTD meetings.\nComply with the Health, Safety and Environment Policy, following the procedures and work instructions applicable to his/her activities for the participation in the established Objectives and Goals.\nCompetences / abilities:\nBachelor’s degree industrial o management.\nBilingual Spanish - English\n+5 years of experience as MPS or similar position\n+6 years of experience in electronic field.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify critical paths, analyze complex data, and make decisions.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.\nAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in maintaining and updating schedules.\nAPICS certification is a plus.\nAdvanced knowledge in ERP/MRP Systems.\nIntermediate knowledge in inventory control (Kanban).\nIntermediate knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.\nIntermediate/Advanced Knowledge in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook\nAdvanced level in Excel.\nIntermediate/Advanced knowledge in BOM Structure.\nAbility to negotiate and focused on reaching goals, teamwork, urgency sense, organize, disciplined.\nWe at Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation believe that each individual is entitled to equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, creed, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, national origin, age, veteran status or disability.
