With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress.\nObjetivo / Propósito de la función:\nApoyar las funciones de atención al personal en temas de recursos humanos y colaborar en el mantenimiento de la información de los empleados, cumpliendo con los requisitos legales y de auditoría.\nResponsabilidades principales:\nRecepción de documentación de nuevo ingreso (expedientes de personal).\nGestión de expedientes físicos de empleados actuales (para expedientes de personal de las plantas P2 y P4).\nDigitalización de archivos (general).\nDistribución de candados de combinación (para el personal pendiente).\nRegistro de entrega en vale de cargo (tarea a cargo del becario).\nActualización de fotografías en el sistema Tress (estandarización de fotos y batas).\nFirmas electrónicas (Prioridad: personal de la Planta 3 proveniente de las plantas 2 y 4).\nEstandarización posterior en la Planta 4 para asegurar que todo el personal cuente con firma electrónica.\nProcesamiento de evaluaciones del periodo de prueba.\nArchivo de documentos (actas de defunción y matrimonio, suspensiones, permisos sindicales).\nImpresión de cartas para personal sindicalizado.
