With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress.\nPosition Objective/Purpose:\nProtect the physical integrity of employees, visitors, and contractors, as well as prevent losses, and comply with the requirements established in the supply chain security program.\nDevelop and execute a strategic plan to support and continuously improve knowledge, skills, and the learning environment in a mid-sized, high-mix multinational engineering and manufacturing organization.\nAuthorities:\nRefer to FMI-143 for individual standard operating procedures related to management system authorities/responsibilities.\nMain Responsibilities:\nSafeguarding Spellman property, as well as protecting personnel and all matters related to Supply Chain Security protocols.\nDetecting and preventing risks to asset security.\nComplying with established Supply Chain Security processes and procedures and related programs or certifications.\nRespond to Supply Chain emergencies in accordance with Spellman's established procedures and current regulations, including detection, mitigation, and communication with stakeholders.\nExecutes drills required by current regulations and Spellman's Asset Security programs.\nPerforms emergency equipment checks.\nCollaborates in internal Supply Chain Security audits.\nInvestigates incidents related to Asset Security and documents the corresponding reports.\nParticipates in the implementation of Supply Chain Security improvement suggestions from the CIP program.\nParticipates in Asset Security training.\nConducts plant walkthroughs to detect risk conditions for employees, processes, and the facility.\nSupports monitoring of hazardous work activities performed by Contractors.\nComply with the Health, Safety, and Environment Policy, following the procedures and instructions applicable to their activities.
