With design and manufacturing sites in North America, Europe and Asia, we have become the preferred provider of high voltage power solutions for OEMs pushing the boundaries of technology around the world by designing and producing the products they need to power progress.\nMain Objectives:\nThe testing and investigation of production products utilising automatic test fixtures as part of cell manufacturing.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTesting of high-voltage power supplies to specification requirements.\nProvide hands-on support for manufacturing activities as needed, including basic mechanical assembly, component installation, and general production assistance.\nCompletion of test reports and documentation by customer requirements and in accordance with the Quality Management System standards.\nUpgrading and modification of assemblies and finished products.\nInterpretation and implementation of changes to assemblies and finished products through documentation.\nIdentifying product quality and performance issues and raising appropriate non-conformances.•\nLiaising with Design Engineering, Test Equipment Design and Sales in support of meeting customer requirements and finished product quality and performance.\nKeep informed and support the Company's ISO14001 Environmental Management System and ISO9001 Quality Management System and improvement team activities, including seeking new ‘green’ opportunities and suggestions on how the business can improve.\nResponsibility for adhering to the Company’s ISO 9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental and Health and Safety management systems.\nSkills, Knowledge, and Experience:\nAbility to test the product by following test procedures accurately and meeting standard times.\nAbility to use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, digital power supplies and multimeters.\nExperience in high-voltage test methods.
