Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Development Manager to join our team on the West Coast. As a senior recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the development of various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of developers to deliver projects on time and within budget

Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities

Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
