maintain technical integrations connecting to major enterprise resource planning (ERP) and procure-to-pay platforms, including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, and Coupa.\nCollaborate with Account Executives during pre-sales engagements to define technical requirements and scope successful deployment strategies.\nAct as a strategic liaison by identifying product limitations and conveying specific customer needs to the engineering team based in Chennai.\nDevelop and refine a comprehensive deployment playbook to standardize processes and minimize the need for custom engineering on future projects.\nRequirements\nPossess a minimum of five years of professional experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or system integration, specifically within the procure-to-pay or ERP sectors, or in an operational capacity within enterprise procurement, finance operations, or financial systems.\nDemonstrate practical expertise in constructing AI-driven agents or automated workflows using platforms such as Claude, n8n, Make, or Zapier.\nExhibit strong technical proficiency with APIs, data mapping, and SQL, with the ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve integration or workflow disruptions.\nBe prepared to work on-site alongside customer procurement and finance departments to ensure seamless collaboration.\nHold a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or possess equivalent professional experience.\nFirst 12 months\nSuccessfully launch six customer deployments, achieving a turnaround time of 30 days or less from contract signature to the first live agent.\nDeliver a fully documented, repeatable deployment playbook to streamline future onboarding
