Founding Enterprise Account Executive

Summary

This full-time position, based in the United States, reports directly to the Founder and CEO at Spendflo Inc. The role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by targeting key financial and operational leaders within US enterprises. The successful candidate will spearhead the entire sales lifecycle, from initial outreach to final contract closure, while contributing to the strategic documentation of the company's go-to-market approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound sales campaigns directed at Chief Procurement Officers, Chief Financial Officers, and procurement and finance executives across the US market.
• Orchestrate the discovery process, product demonstrations, and lead qualification efforts, specifically focusing on identifying the primary economic buyer and internal champions.
• Manage and close complex deals involving multiple stakeholders from Finance, Procurement, IT, and Legal departments, navigating sales cycles typically ranging from two to four months.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining the ideal customer profile, market triggers, value propositions, and strategies for addressing common objections to ensure the sales methodology is scalable.
• Facilitate the seamless transition of finalized agreements to the Forward Deployed Engineer for implementation.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of eight years of sales experience specifically in procure-to-pay, source-to-pay, or finance automation solutions, with a proven track record of selling to C-suite executives.
• Demonstrated history of successfully closing multi-stakeholder transactions valued at six figures or more.
• Experience within early-stage environments, such as serving as a foundational sales hire, with a strong ability to build a sales pipeline from the ground up.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent professional experience.

First 12 months

• Generate 36 qualified sales opportunities and successfully close six deals within the US territory.
• Produce a comprehensive written sales playbook that enables the next team member to become fully productive from their first day.
