You will help support and develop scalable data workflows, assist with analysis and process improvement and collaborate with senior team members\nThis is a client-facing, data-driven role that collaborates closely with Implementation, Customer Success, and internal analytics teams.\nWhat will your job entail?\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers during the refresh process, serving as a trusted data and analytics partner \nWrite, test, and implement business rules and data transformations through scalable and repeatable workflows \nExplain technical issues clearly to customers and non-technical stakeholders while helping drive issues to resolution. \nSupport client project delivery through data integration, validation, and quality assurance processes \nLeverage modern AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting, streamline repetitive tasks, and enhance technical documentation. \nIdentify opportunities to improve internal processes, increasing efficiency, accuracy, and scalability \nPartner cross-functionally across Data & Analytics, Delivery, Solutions, and Customer Success to solve challenges and deliver exceptional customer outcomes \nWhat experience and skills do you need to succeed?\n1-3 years of experience in data analytics, with hands-on experience in SQL and data transformation tools \nProficiency in SQL and Excel \nStrong communication and documentation skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences \nExcellent attention to detail with strong data validation and quality assurance capabilities \nAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills \nAbility to identify data anomalies and gaps and develop effective solutions \nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects \nExperience working with clients or stakeholders in a customer-facing environment \nFluency in English (both written and spoken) as the primary working language. \nAI literacy skills \nWhy do people love working at SpendHQ?\nAt SpendHQ, we are:\nStronger Together - Everyone plays an important role at SpendHQ.
