This role ensures accuracy and compliance with internal and customer specifications by generating audit reports, supporting investigations, and maintaining departmental standards. The position plays a critical role in supporting quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Analysis & Reporting\nAnalyze test data from rail inspection systems to identify defects and trends\nGenerate analysis reports in accordance with company and client specifications\nProvide data summary emails as requested by customers\nQuality & Compliance\nEnsure adherence to internal auditing standards and customer requirements\nMaintain customer and intercompany audit processes\nSupport service failure investigations by reviewing and analyzing relevant data\nOperational Support\nAssist in maintaining departmental procedures and documentation\nSupport analysis and validation of new technologies\nObjectives\nDeliver accurate and timely analysis reports to meet customer expectations\nMaintain high standards of data integrity and service capability\nSupport continuous improvement in departmental processes and performance\nBasic Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to analyze data and identify discrepancies or trends\nStrong organizational and
