Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Healthcare teams to integrate AI solutions.\n\n- Follow software development best practices, including Git, documentation, and code reviews.\n\nTechnical Skills :\n\n- Strong programming skills in Python.\n\n- Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.\n\n- Hands-on experience with OpenCV.\n\n- Good understanding of Image Classification, Object Detection, Image Segmentation, Transfer Learning, and Model Fine-tuning.\n\n- Experience with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, or Kubeflow.\n\n- Basic understanding of NLP, Transformers, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Embeddings.\n\n- Knowledge of Vision-Language Models or Multimodal AI is an advantage.\n\n- Understanding of Responsible AI, Explainability, Bias, and Data Privacy.\n\nQualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.\n\n- 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.\n\n- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Computer Vision projects.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Experience :\n\n- Experience in Healthcare AI or Medical Imaging.\n\n- Exposure to medical imaging modalities such as X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, or Medical Videos.\n\n- Experience with Vision-Language Models, Multimodal AI, or Medical Report Generation.\n\n- Research
