Our office is close to Central Station.\nWhat you’ll do\nElaborate strategies to recruit top talent for engineering and technical disciplines (AI, software, mechanical, aerodynamics, etc.)\n\nBe the single point of contact for candidates, organizing interviews with the team and handling their question with a white gloves service\n\nBe the Company's ambassador with candidates, being their first interface in screening calls\n\nFollow candidates during their entire interview journey, ensuring maximum satisfaction and timely responses\n\nSource candidates with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter\n\nInterface with external recruiting agencies and partners, and coordinate them\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Humanities or equivalent\n\nDemonstrated experience recruiting for technical organizations\n\nStrong empathy and ability to communicate effectively with candidates during the interview process\n\nHigh precision and rigor, ensuring recruiting activities are carried out on time\n\nExperience using ATS systems such as Greenhouse, Ashby or similar\n\nExperience in outreach activities with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter\n\nExcellent spoken and written English, Dutch or French is a plus\n\nWhat we offer\nAttractive compensation\n\nYear-end bonus eligibility\n\nStock Options Plan eligibility\n\nMobility Budget\n\n32 days of holidays\n\nMeal vouchers\n\nPrivate Health insurance\n\nWe are building a core team of hard-working people.
