Our office in Brussels is close to Central Station.\nWhat you’ll do\nDesign and implement test, alignment and calibration procedures for aerospace-grade electromechanical components and assemblies\n\nRealize robust companion software for the jigs and the procedures\n\nSet the bar for repeatability and quality of components and products, establishing and enforcing AQLs\n\nExecute EOL Test and Outgoing Inspection activities for small batches and pilot productions\n\nTogether with design teams and partners, draft and maintain Manufacturing Control Plans\n\nTravel to partner manufacturing facilities to train local production teams and help start-up production\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree, Technical High School diploma or equivalent\n\nExtreme rigor, precision and attention to detail\n\nExceptional hands-on and troubleshooting capabilities in the electronics and mechanical domains\n\nDemonstrated experience in designing and building test, alignment and calibration procedures and jigs for complex electromechanical products\n\nExperience in writing procedures for and executing EOL tests and Outgoing Inspection\n\nDemonstrated ability to draft and maintain process documentation\n\nProficiency with electronics and mechanical design for jigs\n\nSelf-driven and proactive\n\nExcellent spoken and written English, Dutch or French is a plus\n\nPreferential qualifications\nExperience working in AS9100 QMS\n\nExperience working in aerospace, medical, automotive or other regulated industry\n\nExperience working in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment\n\nWhat we offer\nAttractive compensation\n\nYear-end bonus eligibility\n\nStock Options Plan\n\nMobility Budget\n\n32 days of holidays\n\nMeal vouchers\n\nPrivate Health insurance\n\nWe are building a core team of hard-working people.
