Ideally, you have worked closely with design engineers in an organization dealing with robotics and/or Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).\nWhat you’ll do\nAssemble small series and prototypes of ground, UAS and C-UAS systems\n\nEnsure assembly and repair activities are executed in a timely manner, with exceptional quality\n\nHandle 3D printers and maintain them in working order\n\nSupport test campaigns in Belgium and abroad\n\nPerform incoming inspection for raw materials and sub-assemblies deliveries\n\nAdvise the engineering teams on the assembly and repairability processes\n\nKeep labs and machines clean and organized\n\nLocation: Onsite in Brussels, Belgium, with potential travel to Nivelles, Belgium\nRequirements\nTechnical high-school diploma or equivalent\n\nDemonstrable experience in a comparable role in technical organizations\n\nExcellent hands-on abilities in the field of electronics, cabling, mechanical assembly\n\nExperience with soldering, assembling and repairing electronic boards (PCBAs), including fine pitch components (QFNs, BGAs, QFPs)\n\nKnowledge of and attention to ESD issues and familiarity with common lab tools (DMM, etc.)\n\nFamiliarity with crimping and cabling\n\nAbility to operate and maintain FDM and resin 3D printers\n\nExperience with organizing and maintaining an R&D laboratory\n\nYou are a self-starter, able to work in a high-ambiguity environment and willing to take up new challenges\n\nGood written and spoken English, French or Dutch is a plus\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCAM for lathe and CNCs\n\nLeadership experience in technical environments\n\nYou have experience and/or are passionate about piloting drones or RC planes\n\nWhat we offer\nAttractive compensation\n\nYear-end bonus eligibility\n\nStock Options Plan eligibility\n\nMobility Budget\n\n32 days of holidays\n\nMeal vouchers\n\nPrivate Health insurance\n\nWe are building a core team of hard-working people.
