Architecture and Logic Systems: \nDesign and evolve application logic.\nBuild and optimize APIs.\nDrive system architecture decisions.\nOwn database schema design and evolution.\n\nCloud Infrastructure and DevOps: \nManage AWS stack (EC2 S3 Auto Scaling).\nBuild and improve deployment pipelines.\nDrive infrastructure security and hardening.\nContinuously optimize cloud costs.\n\nPerformance and Scalability: \nMonitor and improve system performance.\nOptimize data queries and load handling.\nImplement failure recovery systems.\nBuild for scale before it breaks.\n\nSystem Thinking Full-Stack Awareness (Growth Track): \nUnderstand API frontend interactions.\nContribute to data flow impacting dashboards.\nDevelop an end-to-end system perspective.\n\nSecondary Contributions: \nSupport data pipeline structuring.\nCollaborate on AI/API integrations.\nStrengthen technical documentation and clarity.\n\nRequirements: \nMinimum 6 months to 3 years of hands-on experience in backend development or related roles.\nPrior experience working in a startup or high-ownership environment is mandatory.\nExposure to building or maintaining production-grade systems.\nExperience working on live products with real users and real constraints.\nDemonstrated ability to handle responsibility beyond assigned tasks.\nStrong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript for scalable backend development.\nExperience with Express.js (or similar frameworks) to build robust backend systems.\nStrong understanding of REST API design, architecture, and authentication mechanisms (JWT, etc. ).\nAbility to design, build, and optimize backend logic, APIs, and system workflows.\nSolid experience with MySQL / SQL, along with an understanding of database design principles.\nExposure to MongoDB (NoSQL) and Redis (caching and performance optimization).\nWorking knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or data-related workflows.\nUnderstanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems thinking.\nHands-on experience with AWS (EC2 S3 RDS, Lambda, etc. ) and cloud-based system management.\nFamiliarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar).\nUnderstanding of performance optimization, query tuning, and system debugging.\nWorking knowledge of Linux-based systems and server environments.\nBasic understanding of system security, data protection, and API safety practices.\nExposure to real-time systems (Socket.io or similar technologies).\nExperience with testing frameworks (Jest or similar) and structured development practices.\nUnderstanding of MVC architecture and clean code design patterns.\nExposure to AI/LLM API integrations (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc. ).\n\nNon-Technical / Cognitive Skills: \nStrong systems thinking ability to see how parts connect, not just how they function.\nHigh level of ownership and accountability for system health.\nAbility to think in terms of trade-offs (speed vs stability vs cost).\nStructured and logical problem-solving approach.\nAbility to anticipate issues before they scale.\nClarity in thinking
