It plans, executes and supervises multi-step work across an organization's tools and data, with human experts providing oversight at defined checkpoints.\nWe are looking for a skilled, proactive Project Manager to lead the delivery of SilkRunner deployments to our clients. In this customer-facing role you will own strategic initiatives with multi-variable challenges and significant business impact. You will execute the SOW, partner with clients to define success, build alignment across internal teams, set delivery standards, identify risk early and manage senior stakeholder expectations through to a successful go-live.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Delivery and Execution\nOwn the full delivery lifecycle for assigned projects: scoping, planning, execution, testing, deployment and post go-live stabilisation.\n\nBuild and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and daily and weekly reporting.\n\nEstablish governance cadence including stand-ups, steering committees and sprint reviews.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams so dependencies are managed and deliverables are met.\n\nTrack project health through clear KPIs and milestones, escalating early when needed.\n\nClient and Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary day-to-day contact for client project teams.\n\nRun client discovery sessions with key stakeholder groups to uncover and define new strategic use cases.\n\nPartner with clients post-deployment to identify additional product value.\n\nTranslate requirements into actionable plans and ensure alignment across functions.\n\nManage expectations, budgets, quality, scope changes, decisions and approvals with clarity and consistency.\n\nSupport UAT, training and enablement for client stakeholders.\n\nRisk, Scope and Quality Control\nProactively identify risks and blockers, driving resolution and mitigation plans.\n\nKeep project documentation clear, consistent and current.\n\nMonitor scope creep and guide stakeholders through structured change control.\n\nMaintain delivery quality standards and alignment with company methodologies.\n\nInternal Collaboration and Delivery Maturity\nPartner with Product and Engineering to streamline delivery workflows and handovers.\n\nShare lessons learned, contribute to playbooks and support operational improvements.\n\nMentor Project Coordinators or analysts where required.\n\nContribute to resource planning and internal delivery capacity forecasting.\n\nRequired Experience & Qualifications\nRequired\n4 to 7 years in project management, delivery, consulting or programme coordination.\n\nProven ability to manage multiple complex IT transformation projects across cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong organisational and execution skills, able to bring structure to ambiguity.\n\nExperience with SaaS, technology, AI, data or process-automation projects.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management, including strong presentation skills.\n\nProficiency in delivery tools such as Jira, Monday, Asana, Confluence and Gantt tools.\n\nExperience running project governance: stand-ups, sprint cycles, retros and steering committees.\n\nExperience delivering enterprise implementations or workflow automation.\n\nNice to have\nFamiliarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\nBackground in consulting, customer success or technical delivery.\n\nAbility to read basic technical documentation and understand API or SaaS integrations.\n\nExposure to cybersecurity or AI products, or to regulated sectors such as government, financial services and healthcare.\n\nCertifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or ScrumMaster are an advantage, not a requirement.\n\nAttributes and Behaviours\nConfident and professional client-facing presence, adept at managing senior stakeholders and driving decisions.\n\nOperates autonomously with minimal direction and escalates only when necessary.\n\nStrong judgement and the ability to prioritise across
