energy.\nYour Tasks:\nManaging projects from handover through execution to successful completion\nDelivering projects safely, on time, within budget and according to contractual requirements\nLeading multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating subcontractors\nManaging project schedules, budgets, forecasts and project profitability\nBuilding long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders\nIdentifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies\nSupporting commercial discussions, change management and contract administration\nPreparing management reports and communicating project performance\nDriving continuous improvement and contributing to the development of project management standards\nEnsuring full compliance with SPIE policies and HSEQ requirements\nVisiting project sites to support teams and maintain close cooperation with customers\nYour Profile:\nExperience managing construction, industrial or renewable energy projects\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills\nExperience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams\nExcellent communication and negotiation skills\nAnalytical mindset and confident
