We also encourage the use of modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding solutions, to support efficient and high-quality software development.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain interactive, real-time web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.\n\nBuild dynamic, responsive user interfaces that react smoothly to user input and real-time data.\n\nImplement interactive features, user controls, and event-driven application logic.\n\nIntegrate frontend applications with backend APIs and real-time communication systems.\n\nOptimize frontend performance, responsiveness, and rendering efficiency to ensure smooth, game-like user experiences.\n\nCollaborate with developers, designers, and other technical specialists to implement interactive features and translate product requirements into functional solutions.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established engineering standards.\n\nParticipate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of development workflows.\n\nUse modern development tools, including AI-assisted solutions, where appropriate to support productivity and code quality.\n\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years of commercial experience in frontend development.\n\nStrong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js.\n\nGood understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development practices.\n\nExperience building highly interactive, event-driven user interfaces with complex application states and dynamic content.\n\nGood understanding of real-time data handling, user input management, and performance optimization for smooth, responsive interactions.\n\nExperience integrating REST APIs and working with asynchronous data.\n\nFamiliarity with component-based architecture, state management, and reusable UI patterns.\n\nUnderstanding of browser rendering, frontend performance, and cross-browser compatibility.\n\nExperience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.\n\nFamiliarity with testing, debugging, and code quality practices.\n\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar solutions, and an understanding of how to use them effectively in everyday development.\n\nAbility to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a development team.\n\nEnglish proficiency at B2/C1 level, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international project environment.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with interactive applications, gaming platforms, or automotive-related projects.\n\nFamiliarity with Three.js, WebGL, or browser-based 3D experiences.\n\nUnderstanding of real-time applications and interactive rendering.\n\nExperience integrating web applications with Unreal Engine or other game technologies.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud-based applications, streaming technologies, or cloud gaming.\n\nExperience with JSON-RPC or WebSocket-based communication.\n\nExperience working in international or distributed teams.\n\nInterest in automotive, motorsport, gaming, or emerging
