Take the next step in land development
With a growing pipeline of work, our Gippsland team is looking for a Project Manager to help deliver land development projects and build strong relationships with our clients.
You might already be managing projects, or you could be a civil engineer or designer with land development experience who’s ready to take on broader responsibility. You’ll have the support of experienced colleagues as you develop your project management skills, take ownership of delivery and grow your confidence working with clients.
This is an opportunity to build on your technical experience, work on great local projects and make a visible contribution to the team.
This role will see you:
Manage land development projects through planning, design, approvals and construction, with support from experienced project managers and technical specialists.
Build strong relationships with clients and development partners, keeping them informed and responding to their needs.
Coordinate civil designers, engineers and other internal and external consultants to keep projects moving.
Work closely with design leads to plan work, monitor progress and identify when technical input is needed.
Coordinate approval submissions and liaise with councils, servicing authorities and other stakeholders.
Support tender and contract documentation alongside our technical specialists and construction consultants.
Monitor project programs, budgets, fees and variations, identifying risks and seeking support early.
Contribute to a collaborative Gippsland team by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
