Two years after launch, we serve thousands of organizations across Europe and process hundreds of millions of euros in flows every month. Netherlands is one of our priority markets for the next phase of growth.

The role: People Operations & Office Management Specialist
Reporting directly to the Head of People & Talent, you will be the backbone of our People Operations. Your mission is threefold: ensuring flawless administrative management, creating a world-class onboarding experience for our new talents, and keeping our office running smoothly day to day.
In a fast-growing fintech environment, your role is crucial. You will have a high degree of autonomy and will be involved in cross-functional projects that will prepare you for a future career as an HR Business Partner.
People Administration (40%)
Full Lifecycle Management: Handle administrative tasks from hire to retire (drafting employment contracts, amendments, employer certificates, etc.)
Compliance & Benefits: Manage medical check-ups, health insurance (mutuelle), and pension schemes (prévoyance)
Payroll Support: Prepare variable payroll elements for our teams
HRIS Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR dashboards (stack: Malibou, Payfit, Rippling, Teamtailor and Notion)
Onboarding & Offboarding (25%)
Welcome Experience: Coordinate personalized onboarding journeys, schedule training sessions, and prepare support materials for new hires
Manager Support: Act as a bridge between HR and managers to ensure every newcomer is ready for success from Day 1
Offboarding: Manage administrative departures and conduct exit interviews for interns/trainees to gather feedback
Office Management (20%)
Day-to-day Operations: Keep the Paris office running smoothly - supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and general upkeep
Events & Culture: Help organize welcome breakfasts, team lunches, afterworks, and offsites, and support employer branding initiatives
Single Point of Contact: Be the go-to person for facilities requests, office moves, and supplier coordination (e.g. lease, IT equipment)
Cross-functional Projects (15%)
People Projects: Support the HR team in strategic initiatives like performance reviews and eNPS.
Employer Branding: Help promote Spiko's culture internally and externally
Who we're looking for
Requirements (must-haves):
You have 2-4 years of experience in HR/People Operations
You are highly organized, reactive, and detail-oriented, you thrive in environments where you need to multitask
You have excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
You are fluent in French and English, as we operate in an international context
Nice to have:
Experience in a fast-scaling startup or fintech environment
You are excited by the fintech ecosystem, and the challenges of a fast-scaling startup
What we offer
Compensation: 38k - 50k€ depending on experience + Stock Options
Hybrid work: 2 days per week & 1 full week per month
