Every major choice we make needs to be assessed against its real risk implications. As Spiko scales, both in AuM and in the complexity of our financial infrastructure, we're building out a dedicated risk function to make sure we make the right choices as we grow. You'll be the first Manager, responsible for mapping, monitoring, and mitigating the risks across our regulated activity. You will also design the associated controls and build our internal control framework.\nThis is a role at the intersection of traditional asset management risk and the risks specific to on-chain infrastructure. Because so much of what we build is genuinely new, you'll often be the one shaping how we think about risk in the first place, not just applying an existing framework.
