Required Knowledgeand Experience \nMinimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, which may include internships, co-op programs, or entry-level positions in business analysis, project management, or related fields. \nExposure to business analysis concepts, methodologies, and techniques through coursework, projects, or practical experience is beneficial. \nUnderstanding ofbasic business analysis concepts, methodologies, and techniques, such as requirement elicitation, stakeholder analysis, and business process modeling. \nFamiliarity with the industry, including key terminology, business processes, and industry trends. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and presenting findings. \nBasic analytical skills for analyzing data, identifyingpatterns, and deriving insights that inform business decision-making. \nAbility to document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications in clear and concise formats, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. \nAbility to identifyand analyze business problems, propose potential solutions, and evaluate their feasibility and impact. \nBasic understanding of technology concepts and terminology, including software development lifecycle (SDLC), databases, and system architecture. \nFamiliarity with business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, as well as collaboration tools like Jira or Confluence. \nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment, interact with cross-functional teams,
