Maintain up-to-date records of data ingestion workflows, analysis logic, and research approaches to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.\nSolution Delivery: Work closely with product, engineering, and data governance teams to deliver solutions aligned with enterprise-approved standards and certified frameworks.\nInsight Communication: Influence business decisions by translating data insights into clear recommendations and aligning stakeholders through compelling storytelling.\nContinuous Learning: Proactively build expertise in tools and methods that strengthen your analytical impact.\nRequired Knowledge and Experience\n2-4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or similar roles.\nProficiency in SQL and experience working with structured datasets.\nUnderstanding of cloud-based data architecture and ingestion processes.\nExperience with at least one BI/visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).\nExperience with impact evaluation methods such as A/B testing, pre-post analysis, control group comparisons, or causal inference frameworks for experiments evaluation.\nExperience with Python for data manipulation, exploration, and visualization.\nDesirable: knowledge of query performance optimization techniques.\nAbility to proactively identify business challenges and independently propose on-demand analytical
