enhance user experience.\nMaintain updated documentation on architectures, procedures, and operational tools to support ongoing development and maintenance.\nDevelop tools and scripts to automate operational tasks and deployment processes.\nFollow data architecture guidelines on how to collect and store information securely and efficiently.\nGenerate and deliver design documentation and information availability to the data team.\nCollaborate and mentor team members.\nProvide development estimates.\nFacilitate knowledge transfer between operations and development teams.\nImplement version control systems to manage source code and infrastructure.\nCollaborate on effective branching and merging strategies.\nPromote an autonomous work culture by encouraging self-management, accountability, and proactive problem-solving among team members.\nServe as a Spin Culture Ambassador to foster and maintain a positive, inclusive, and dynamic work environment that aligns with the company's values and culture.\nRequired Knowledge and Experience\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer (frontend 60% and backend 40%).\nKnowledge of SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).\nUse of tools like Maven, Gradle, Github Actions, Sonar Cloud.\nUse of Git and conflict resolution, as well as CI/CD tools.\nAbility to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment and project priorities.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills.\nWillingness to acquire knowledge in new technologies within Spin's tech stack.\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nReact OR NextJS:\nAt least 5 years of professional experience in React or NextJS development in a team environment.\nJava or Go:\nAt least 3 years of professional experience in Java or Golang
