By hiring the best and brightest minds-and that’s why we want you!\nJob Description:\nWhat will you work on?\nBe responsible for daily facilities administrative management and office arrangement.\nProvide full spectrum of office administrative and operations support, e.g. office maintenance, renovation coordination, office supplies, office safety & tidiness.\nPrepare regular reports and handle facilities related payments.\nServe as the focal point of assigned office for health, safety and security. Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations.\nOccasional outdoor duties may be required for urgent office purchases, vendor coordination or ad-hoc operational tasks.\nWork closely with internal and external parties on facilities projects.\nAssist in organizing company event and activities.\nAct as a back up for the front desk when required.\nManage outsourced service providers, including tea lady performance.\nPerform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.\nWhat are your skills and experience?\nWell-organized, detail-minded, highly resourceful with strong logical thinking and practical problem-solving skills to handle daily operational challenges independently.\nPractical experience or a strong understanding of office renovation and spatial layouts will be an asset.\nGood command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.\nProficient in MS Office, knowledge in SAP is an advantage. \nPositive, proactive, “can-do” attitude and a strong team player who can adapt to a changing work environment. Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facility Management or related discipline.\nMinimum 4 - 5 years hands-on experience in corporate office administration and facilities coordination.\nThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Hong Kong is HKD 245,500.00 - 327,300.00 Per Annum.
