By hiring the best and brightest minds-and that’s why we want you!\nJob Description:\nWhat will you work on?\nLogistics Specialist is primarily responsible for facilitating all types of products movements and system maintenance of inventory at our stock points. This includes all kinds of processes related to Inbound, Outbound and coordination of warehouse activities.\nHow will you create impact?\nEnsure logistics providers execute delivery of purchase orders, intercompany orders and sales orders meeting agreed delivery dates in line with agreed lead times and service expectations, monitor performance of logistics flows and execute corrective actions.\nPlan and coordinate activities of logistics providers (carriers, brokers, vendors and warehouse operators) efficiently in order to optimize associated logistics costs.\nMaintain accurate ETA information of Inbound deliveries on a timely basis as per information from carriers, in order to support correct Available to Promise information in SAP ERP system.\nFacilitate document flow associated with inbound, intercompany and outbound flows (bills of lading, invoices, delivery notes…).\nNew customer set up for logistics requirements - review of customer logistics requirements \nTransportation tendering and planning activities. Tracking and Tracing shipments to ensure smooth order flow, accuracy and visibility\nStock controlling-stock maintenance in SAP\nRework process planning with the 3PL, Returns processing\nInvoice adjustment and authorization (signing) for customs purposes\nResolving daily issues / irregularities / complaints from internal and external customers\nTroubleshooting EDI transmission defects in communication with logistics providers\nCommunication and cooperation across different departments and teams in order to reach the objectives. (Supply Planning, Quality, Local Sales/Marketing teams, Accounts Payable, Order Management…)\nSupporting Senior Manager, Warehousing & Logistics Europe by means of performing other activities and duties related to logistics processes.\nWhat are your skills and experience?\n3 -5 years of work experience in the Freight Forwarding or/and Public Warehousing Industry/supply chain environment\nExperience with Warehousing and International Ocean and Ground Transportation required, experience with other modes of transport (air, parcel rail), brokerage and trade compliance is a plus.\nExpert level of Working knowledge of Excel, SAP\nEnglish- Advanced, other language is welcome\nProblem Solving skills with the ability to seek alternative solutions\nStrong attention to detail with excellent follow-up, excellence in data gathering and interpretation\nCustomer Focus - achieving Company, department, and personal goals through a strong customer focus\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-MK1\nThe anticipated pay range for candidates is 2000 to 2600 Eur (gross/monthly).
