By hiring the best and brightest minds-and that’s why we want you!\nJob Description:\nWhat will you work on?\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Software Solutions Specialist to join our Global IT Services team, reporting to the Manager, Digital Workplace Engineering. This role is responsible for evaluating, implementing, optimizing, and supporting enterprise software solutions across a global environment of approximately 3,500 endpoints. The successful candidate will serve as a senior trusted advisor to business leaders, driving business workflow discussions, gathering and translating complex business requirements into technology solutions, and leading enterprise software governance initiatives. This role acts as the primary liaison between business units and IT, ensuring software investments align with business objectives, security requirements, operational standards, and long-term technology strategy.\nHow will you create impact?\nLead business workflow discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions.\nOwn and mature the enterprise software intake, evaluation, and governance process for all new software requests.\nEstablish software governance standards, intake procedures, approval workflows, and lifecycle management practices for a global organization of approximately 3,500 employees. \nDevelop business cases, ROI analyses, and technology recommendations for software investments and strategic initiatives.\nEvaluate software platforms, SaaS applications, and digital workplace technologies through assessments and pilot programs.\nManage the lifecycle of enterprise applications from onboarding through retirement.\nCoordinate software deployments, testing, release management, and user adoption activities.\nMaintain relationships with strategic software vendors including Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Figma, and Articulate.\nAdminister and optimize ServiceNow software request workflows and catalog offerings.\nCollaborate with Security, Infrastructure, Endpoint Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams.\nDevelop governance standards, documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.\nMonitor industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve the digital employee experience.\nWhat are your skills and experience?\n5+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, Enterprise Applications, IT Service Delivery, or Technology Solutions roles.\nExperience supporting enterprise environments with 3,000+ users/endpoints.\nProven experience leading enterprise software evaluations, implementations, and governance initiatives.\nExperience designing, implementing, and managing a software intake and approval process within a small-to-mid-sized organization of approximately 3,000-4,000 employees while facilitating business workflow discussions and translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions.\nExperience with ServiceNow and IT service management processes.\nExperience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, Power Platform, and Jira an asset.\nExperience with SaaS application ecosystems and change management initiatives nice to have.\nITIL 4 Foundation Certification an asset.\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1\nThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $81,500 to $108,600 Per Annum.
