By hiring the best and brightest minds-and that’s why we want you!\nJob Description:\nWhat will you work on?\nYou will act as the real-time managing editor and public voice for our U.S. marketing initiatives, applying deep knowledge of platform algorithms and culture to independently execute creative strategy, public engagement, and trend response. This role is responsible for post-launch creative strategy and community management, maximizing distribution and relevance for our brands without routine managerial sign-off.\nHow will you create impact?\nMine, prioritize, and translate platform, audience, and cultural (PAC) signals to determine brand action on emerging trends and subcultures.\nOwn and execute real-time response strategy, independently determining if, when, and how the brand engages with breaking news and cultural moments.\nMonitor and analyze consumer conversations to identify patterns and inform creative optimization.\nUse research and data tools to synthesize consumer insights and translate them into actionable creative direction.\nAnalyze in-market creative performance and recommend real-time optimizations to internal and external partners.\nMaintain platform hygiene and brand reputation through tactical sentiment monitoring, content moderation, and issue escalation.\nWhat are your skills and experience?\nAn undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.\nProfessional experience in social media strategy, creative strategy, or digital marketing within a fast-paced agency or brand environment.\nExpertise in social platform algorithms, trend identification, and social-first creative development (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).\nProven ability to partner with video editors and creators to quickly refine social content based on real-time performance data.\nDemonstrated experience making autonomous, high-stakes editorial judgments on brand voice and public-facing communications.\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1\nThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $38.50 to $48.00 Per Hour.
