By hiring the best and brightest minds-and that’s why we want you!\nJob Description:\nWhat will you work on?\nReporting directly to the Director of Customer Operations, you will provide a single, consolidated view of improvement initiatives, progress, and results across Customer Operations. You will act as the central point of coordination to track project pipelines, manage action items, and maintain consistent documentation and reporting. Additionally, you will facilitate knowledge sharing across functions, ensuring successful operational ideas and best practices are documented and replicated across all channels.\nHow will you create impact?\nMaintain a centralized continuous improvement project pipeline, tracking project status, milestones, deliverables, and operational risks\nBuild and manage initiative trackers, performance dashboards, and executive reporting tools to provide updates for leadership reviews\nMonitor action items and follow up with cross-functional task owners to ensure commitments, timelines, and deliverables are met\nDocument operational processes, lessons learned, and successful practices to standardize knowledge across Customer Operations\nIdentify project dependencies, process roadblocks, and workstream risks, escalating complex issues to leadership for timely decision-making\nCoordinate cross-functional project meetings, progress reviews, and follow-up activities to build strong collaborative relationships across operations teams\nWhat are your skills and experience?\nUndergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field\nProfessional experience in project coordination, continuous improvement, or operations management, preferably within Customer Operations or Supply Chain\nProven track record of tracking project initiatives, managing timelines, and driving accountability across teams without direct authority\nAdvanced proficiency in data tracking and collaboration tools, specifically Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and suggest operational solutions\nStrong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage competing priorities and influence diverse, cross-functional stakeholders\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1 \nThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $50,900 to $67,800 Per Annum.
