By hiring the best and brightest minds-and that’s why we want you!\nJob Description:\nWhat will you work on?\nYou will create high-volume, platform-native social content for our U.S. marketing initiatives. In this hands-on production role, you will independently ideate concepts, determine hooks, and execute the visual style and storytelling for your assigned brands. You will translate marketing briefs into engaging social assets that connect with consumers and perform across digital channels.\nHow will you create impact?\nIdeate, shoot, edit, and produce original, platform-native social content at scale for assigned toy and entertainment brands.\nManage the native publishing of all social content across assigned platforms, ensuring assets are executed accurately and on schedule.\nMonitor platform trends, features, and algorithm changes, applying relevant learnings to optimize content development and distribution.\nPartner with production crews on campaign shoots to independently capture social-first footage and execute premium content concepts.\nWhat are your skills and experience?\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Film, or Communications is a plus.\nA professional portfolio demonstrating high-volume short-form video creation (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).\nHands-on experience with mobile video production, including shooting, scripting, hook creation, and editing.\nStrong understanding of native platform functionality, content formats, and emerging social media trends.\nProven ability to work autonomously and manage content schedules in a fast-paced environment.\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1\nThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $40.50 to $48 Per Hour.
