In this role, you will effectively be the lead video creator - the brains, the voice and the style - of Monster Jam toy content, overseeing the creation of live action and editorial videos for YouTube main and YouTube Shorts.\nThis is a full-time contract position.\nHow will you create impact?\nWrite, shoot, edit and provide voiceover for 1 long-form video and 2+ shorts weekly.\nCollaborate with Creative Director on ideas, concepts, scripts, and programming schedule.\nTrack trending tips, tricks, styles, techniques, formats, and subject matter to inform your creative and keep content fresh for new and existing audiences.\nBe proactive, experimental and nimble in trying new styles and formats.\nCross-collaborate with partners to analyze content performance.\nWhat are your skills and experience?\nLead all aspects of video content creation. Strong creative ideation, writing, video production and editing skills.\nExperience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results oriented environment.\nEqual parts independent self-starter and team collaborator. Comfortable creating autonomously.\nExperienced in analyzing YouTube data and metrics to inform creative content strategies.\nStrong understanding of the YouTube main and Shorts ecosystem.\nProficient in Adobe Suite. Some motion graphics ability is essential.\nHuge plus if you have your own YouTube channel or have experience as the primary content creator for a YouTube channel.\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1\nThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $40 to $45 Per Hour.
