By hiring the best and brightest minds-and that’s why we want you!\nJob Description:\nWhat will you work on?\nReporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Analyst is to assist in ensuring that reporting is accurate and timely, along with managing the statutory and accounting processes for Spin Master International B.V., Spin Master Europe Holdings B.V. and Spin Master Europe Ventures B.V.\nFinance Analyst will be key contributor to the monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting, forecast & planning processes, working with businesses unit leaders to enable an understanding of locak financial performance and developing consistent, concise forecasts and plans, and monthly variance reporting at cost center level.\nHow will you create impact?\nMonth end journal preparation for general ledger and balance sheet reviews (excluding accounts receivable, accounts payable).\nPrepare monthly management accounts and prepare and review analysis files to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial and management reporting.\nReview month end P&L market reporting and sales reports to be supplied to the sales team and management team.\nHold regular cost center reviews with the business unit leaders, and work with them to maintain departmental operational costs within budget, especially marketing and sales accruals.\nAssist on the budget/forecast submission and by preparation of the overhead budgets, working with the business unit leaders.\nPrepare the month end reports (G&A overhead focus) and comment on performance against objectives.\nPreparation of the monthly cash flow forecasts, including variance analyses to previous submissions.\nPrepare account reconciliations on a monthly basis, and review with the Finance Manager.\nAssist with preparation of Statutory Accounts and compliance with local GAAP;\nIdentify and work with the finance manager and other finance team members to improve processes to deliver a more efficient and effective financial reporting and analysis\nBusiness partnering, supporting local management teams in understanding their financial data and performance, including the preparation of ad hoc reports for various members of the management teams.\nLiaise with external tax advisers and auditors in regard to the annual statutory requirements.\nPrepare quarterly royalty statements for review.\nAssist in supporting Finance Team requests, ad-hoc analysis, and any local/IT projects as required.\nHow will you fit into the team?\nThis position reports to Finance Manager, SMINT.\nList direct reports to this position: N/A. \nWhat are your skills and experience?\nAssist in supporting Finance Team requests, ad-hoc analysis, and any local/IT projects as required.\nPart-qualified accountant with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience preferably in the FMCG industry\nFluent English\nAbility to work independently, being highly self-motivated,\nStrong organizational skills,\nAbility to work in fast-paced environment,\nGoal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination,\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills,\nAn understanding of technical IFRS accounting,\nExperience working with SAP and Business Inteligence to high level\n# LI-Hybrid and #Spinmaster is hiring…. # LI-MK1\nThe anticipated pay range for candidates is 2000 - 2500 Eur to [Per Month].
