Embedded within our Finance Shared Services function, you will own the compilation of financial data and deliver high-impact insights, with a focus on the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle and working capital management. This position offers visibility into our global business operations, partnering closely with Global OTC teams, Ops Finance, Group Accounting, and FP&A to influence decision-making and support business growth.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting knowledge, advanced analytics capabilities, and experience with large, public companies. This is an ideal role for those looking to make the transition from an accounting firm to the corporate world.\nHow will you create impact?\nFinancial Reporting & Compliance\nPrepare recurring management reports, dashboards, and analytics for senior leadership and key stakeholders\nEnsure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of financial data across reporting outputs\nSupport public company reporting requirements, including monthly/quarterly close, variance analysis, and audit support\nMaintain strong internal controls over financial reporting in compliance with SOX and company policies\nAnalytics & Insights\nAccumulate and prepare financial analysis to provide actionable insights into performance, trends, risks, and opportunities\nTranslate complex financial data into clear, concise narratives for non-finance stakeholders\nExplore continuous improvement in reporting tools, data visualization, and automation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ERP reporting tools)\nAct as a key liaison between Shared Services, Corporate Finance, FP&A, IT, and business partners\nWhat are your skills and experience?\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field\nAccounting designation\n2-3 years of experience in finance, reporting, or analytics, preferably in a large public company or an accounting firm\nStrong knowledge of financial statements, management reporting, and internal controls\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems (ERP, consolidation, and reporting tools)\nProven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1\nThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $50,900 to $67,800 Per Annum.
