By hiring the best and brightest minds-and that’s why we want you!\nJob Description:\nWhat will you work on?\nReporting to the Manager of Business Applications, the primary responsibility of this role is to provide SAP support and guidance to business users within the finance. This encompasses multi-SAP modules including: FICO and integrations with Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Warehouse management {WM) and Production planning and control (PP). The candidate will be key contributor to the Toronto Enterprise Applications Team and will work closely with cross business representatives.\nHow will you create impact?\nBusiness Process Improvement\nIdentify and recommend actions to streamline business processes, through training and communication amongst the end user community\nAssist in business systems and process reviews, assist users in defining and documenting their business system requirements\nGuide employees when defining existing business process to ensure business system requirements are aligned with those processes, including recommendation for improvement and documentation\nImplementation of new SAP functionality\nAdhere to Spin Master IT Project methodology and change control policies\nFacilitate Business Requirements Gathering through workshops and interviews with business expertswhile working closely with end users to ensure a common understanding of day to day activities\nPrepare and maintain SAP business process documentation S4 HANA 1709 and higher version 2023 and of all associated project documentation\nPrepare Functional specs for all system changes, work with ABAP developer where necessary\nPerform unit and functional testing and facilitate Integration and User Acceptance Testing\nAssist with SAP End-User Training to all customer service, sales, and planning groups\nPrepare Cut-over Plan where necessary and Perform/Monitor all cut-over activities in preparation for Go Live Production Support\nSupport all Spin Master business units globally on SAP issues\nAddress production support issues according to issue criticality and priority as set by Manger, Business Applications\nRegularly review the elements of the Sales and Distribution processes used at all facilities\nSupport where applicable third party software interfaces such as those pertaining to EDI Stay current on area of expertise\nMaintain proficiency and stay current with regards to the SAP modules and on business application software products assigned to support\nWhat are your skills and experience?\nA University Computer Science or Business Commerce degree or equivalent experience\n10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst\nSAP functional expertise in more than one module: Materials management, Production Planning and control, Sales and Distribution and Warehouse management.\nSAP technical experience in FICO and integration with MM, PP, WM and SD. S4 AHAN 2023 experience and hands on controlling , bank integrations , High radius , blackline etc.\nProficient in MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word and MS Visio\nEDI experience, an asset\nExperience working with the following applications is useful; MS SharePoint, SAP Bl, Speedquote, Gentran\n#LI-Hybrid #LI-HM1\nThe anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $115,000 to $125,000 Per Annum.
