bureaucracy.\n\nDefine and implement SpiNNcloud’sproject management processes\n\nproject intake and prioritization\n\nstage gates / milestone planning\n\ndependency management across teams\n\nchange control and scope management (especially for customer commitments)\n\nDrive execution rigor\n\nrun project kick-offs, weekly cadences, milestone reviews, and retros\n\nfollow up with teams on deliverables, timelines, and accountability\n\nproactively surface risks, blockers, and trade-offswith mitigation plans\n\nCreate clean reporting\n\nbuild lightweight dashboards and executive summaries (status, risks, ETA confidence)\n\nmaintain a single sourceof truth for program status across the company\n\nImprove cross-functional communication\n\ntranslate between technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nensure customer-facing teams have clear delivery narratives and timelines\n\nWhat We’reLooking For\n4+years in technical project/program management, owning delivery across cross-functional engineering teams (hardware, software, systems, or platform environments).\n\nCustomer-facing delivery experience: proven ability to manage external commitments (requirements, timelines, scope changes), align stakeholders, and communicate clearly with customers/partners.\n\nDemonstrated ability to design and operationalize project management processes in a scaling organization (intake, prioritization, governance, cadence, reporting).\n\nStrong track recordof driving complex, dependency-heavy programs to completionbalancingspeed, quality, and stakeholder alignment.\n\nStrong execution mindset with comfort in ambiguity: you bring structure, clarity, and accountability without unnecessary bureaucracy.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management: able to push for decisions, surface trade-offs, manage expectations, and negotiate scope and resources.\n\nFamiliarity with Jira, Agile and Scrum.\n\nPreferred Experience\nExposure to HPC, AI
