JOB SUMMARY The Shift Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Management Team in the management of the entire operation. He or she has responsibility for day-to-day store operations on their assigned shifts. This includes but is not limited to; ensuring delivery of superior customer service, coaching/supervising employees, cash/cash equivalent, inventory and shortage controls, maintaining a safe environment for employees, customers and vendors, maintaining store and lot appearance, food operations, and adheres to and enforces all company programs, policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Directs and coordinates staff in providing customer service activities as required by The Spinx Company, Inc. Reviews and acts upon customer requests, complaints and inquires to ensure quality customer service. Responsible for maximizing sales and profits within the store. Controls store expenses, monitors and corrects shrinkage problems as outlined in the Inventory Management Plan (IMP) and operates within established budgets.
