Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.\n\nScreening. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.\n\nInterviewing: Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.\n\nAdvertising. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements.\n\nDatabase Management and Analysis. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.\n\nCandidate Experience. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.\nCollaboration. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.\n\nTalent Scouting. Scout talent on various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.\n\nTrend Monitoring. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.\n\nATS Utilization. Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.\n\nSkills, Knowledge and Experience\n\nEnthusiasm. Excited to ask questions and learn more about people and their experiences. You move people quickly through the pipeline.\n\nPresentation. You represent our company professionally to prospective hires. As our representative, you will help get people excited about the opportunities at Spiralyze. \n\nQuick Learner. You will understand what Spiralyze does and how the various roles work and you will be able to communicate that clearly to candidates.\n\nAttention to Detail. You can recognize the attention to detail when reviewing resumes and correspondence with candidates. \n\nOrganization. Must be able to keep track of the various candidates for multiple roles (i.e., their status, resumes, interview notes, assessments, etc.).\n\nCommunication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nLanguage: Required language is English.\n\nTools: Familiarity with ATS tools.\n\nNice to Have. Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers is a plus. Understanding design roles and creative portfolios will be an advantage. \n\nEntry- Level (0-3 years of experience).
