Most videos will include talking-head footage, screen recordings, website examples, captions, charts, and simple motion graphics.\nKey Responsibilities\nEdit short LinkedIn videos, usually 30 seconds to 3 minutes\nTurn raw footage into polished, engaging social content\nAdd captions, callouts, zooms, screenshots, charts, and simple motion graphics\nApply clean, consistent color grading to maintain a polished look\nEnhance audio with basic sound design and leveling\nMake business and data-heavy topics feel clear and visually interesting\nCreate strong openings that hook viewers in the first few seconds\nRepurpose longer recordings into short clips\nMaintain a clean, premium, data-driven brand style\nCommunicate clearly with a U.S.-based team and respond well to feedback\nSkills, Knowledge and Expertise\n2+ years of professional video editing experience\nStrong portfolio of social media videos\nExcellent sense of pacing, storytelling, captions, and visual hierarchy\nExperience editing talking-head, educational, or business content\nStrong skills in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or similar\nGood written English\nReliable, organized, and able to work independently\nNice to Have\nExperience with B2B, SaaS, marketing, design, or tech content\nMotion graphics or After Effects skills\nFamiliarity with LinkedIn and YouTube editing styles\nInterest in A/B testing, CRO, UX, or digital marketing\nBenefits\nGrowth path.
