# Design Engineer

The Role: Reporting to the Manager of Design Engineering, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards. As a Design Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, manufacturing engineers, quality assurance, and the production floor to ensure the successful implementation of design projects. You will conduct engineering studies on design for products, associated and subsystem components, and structures while reviewing engineering proposals, process requirements, and related technical data of design. The Design Engineer position is vital to the business and will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and departments across the organization. Your Responsibilities: Applies engineering principles to design, modify, or develop facilities, testing, machines, equipment, or processes. Conducts analytical studies on engineering proposals to develop design for products, equipment, machines, associated and subsystems components, and structures.
