What you’ll be doing Strategy Implementation: Execute EHS and Sustainability strategies, ensuring compliance and enhancing performance. Leadership and Vision: Inspire and motivate colleagues to achieve excellence, mentoring them in developing new skills. EHS Compliance and Risk Management: Lead internal audits, monitor risk assessments, investigate incidents, and ensure plant and personnel safety. Best Practices: Develop and deploy best practices for EHS and Sustainability, manage sustainability frameworks, and optimise performance through continuous improvement initiatives. Departmental Management: Provide leadership, develop annual plans, manage budgets, and ensure high performance in EHS, Facilities, and Sustainability departments.
