Payroll Administration Financial Management\nEnd-to-end ownership of payroll processing, including all earnings types (standard, variable)\nValidate all payroll-impacting transactions in partnership with HR\nMaintain compliance with wage and hour laws, payroll regulations, and internal policies\nPerform tasks related to funding, accruals, and reconciliations\nPrepare payroll journal entries and support close activities\nReconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies\nOversee payroll taxes, garnishments, and deductions\nCoordinate 401(k) funding and reconciliation Financial Reporting Controls\nPrepare payroll accruals and support financial close timelines\nEnsure strong internal controls aligned with compliance requirements\nSupport internal and external audits\nMaintain data integrity across systems\nProvide reporting for forecasting and workforce planning HR Systems Operational Alignment\nMaintain accurate employee data across HRIS and payroll systems\nPartner with HR to align data and transactions\nSupport lifecycle transactions (hire, change, LOA, termination)\nSupport onboarding and offboarding from payroll perspective\nManage system access provisioning and removal\nMaintain SOP documentation Stakeholder Support Continuous Improvement\nServe as primary contact for payroll inquiries\nAct as liaison between Finance, HR, and vendors\nIdentify process improvements\nSupport cross-functional initiatives Qualifications - Required\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field\n3-5 years payroll experience\nExperience with ADP\nKnowledge of multi-state payroll and compliance\nExperience with reconciliations and audits\nProficiency in payroll systems and Excel\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail Qualifications -
