You will lead the full recruitment cycle, from defining the need to the accepted offer. Throughout the process, you will provide a human and transparent candidate experience. You will also help position Spiria as an employer of choice and help shape our talent acquisition practices.\nAs Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Spiria, you will be required to:\nLead the full recruitment cycle, from intake to hire;\nIdentify the best talent acquisition strategies (freelancer, partner, employee, etc.) and make recommendations;\nFind and approach active and passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, tech communities, events and any other promising sourcing method;\nCoordinate the selection process with all stakeholders (managers, technical experts) and make sure assessments are structured, consistent and fair;\nAssess applications, document interactions in the ATS and make hiring recommendations;\nWork with account managers to anticipate talent needs tied to new opportunities with our existing clients;\nStrengthen our employer brand in collaboration with the Marketing team;\nEnsure a high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the process;\nHelp improve our talent acquisition processes.\nThe keys to your success:\nAt least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in IT, a consulting firm or an agency;\nSolid understanding of software development roles (technologies, positions, seniority levels);\nStrong command of advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter), social media and AI tools;\nExperience with an applicant tracking system (ATS);
