You’ll work on a wide variety of projects, in close collaboration with our clients.\nAs a UX Designer at Spiria, you will be required to:\nAct as an advisor to clients, recommending the best design solutions;\nTake ownership of design on projects;\nAnalyze client needs and propose tailored solutions;\nHelp develop and improve design processes in an agentic AI context;\nCreate application prototypes (help design and develop user-friendly, effective user experiences);\nProvide design support to development teams throughout project delivery;\nTake part in user testing, optimization and maintenance, and make recommendations to improve the user experience.\nThe keys to your success:\n3+ years of professional experience as a UX designer;\nExperience in professional services and in designing solutions for consumers and businesses (B2C and B2B);\nOpenness and curiosity to experiment with new AI-powered tools and processes;\nSignificant experience with Figma (variables, design systems, auto layout);\nExperience gathering requirements from clients;\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills;\nExperience designing mobile and responsive interfaces;\nAutonomy and strong problem-solving skills;\nAbility to adapt quickly to meet deadlines;\nBilingualism* (spoken and written);\nAny design experience in an agentic context is an asset.\nEmployment details:\nFlexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, or in-person), because what truly matters is not where you are, but what you do. \nSalary range: $68 000 to $86 000, based on a 37.5-hour workweek. \nWhat we offer
