# UX Designer

UX design plays a key role in this: from needs analysis to prototyping, our designers make sure every product is built around its users, not the other way around. To strengthen this team, we’re looking for a UX Designer with interface design experience who enjoys exchanging ideas and taking on new challenges. You’ll work on a wide variety of projects, in close collaboration with our clients. As a UX Designer at Spiria, you will be required to: Act as an advisor to clients, recommending the best design solutions; Take ownership of design on projects; Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions; Help develop and improve design processes in an agentic AI context; Create application prototypes (help design and develop user-friendly, effective user experiences); Provide design support to development teams throughout project delivery; Take part in user testing, optimization and maintenance, and make recommendations to improve the user experience.
