You’ll help improve performance across multiple teams by:\nDelivering data-driven insights that inform strategy and decision-making.\nUsing AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.\nBuilding the analysis behind business cases that support growth and operational excellence.\nThe ideal candidate is highly analytical, eager to connect data to real-world outcomes, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is curious about finding better ways of doing things.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO AT SPLASH:\nAnalyze servicing and collections performance along with application funnels and contact-center metrics.\nBuild and maintain automated reports and data files for our lending partners, investors, and vendors, working with your manager to map partner requirements to our data and deliver on time.\nMaintain and extend data models in Snowflake and dbt, and support the dashboards Operations leaders use to run their teams.\nApply consistent key metrics definitions, help audit existing models, and reconcile our numbers against partner figures.\nIdentify performance gaps, test hypotheses with data, and build the analysis behind business cases and recommendations to leadership.\nApply AI tools to streamline analytics work (e.g., AI-assisted dbt development, automated request triage).\nPartner with data engineering, product, and business teams to scope requests and deliver solutions.\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPLASH: \n3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.\nStrong SQL skills and experience building and maintaining data models.\nProficiency with BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI).\nStrong business acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.\nAbility to manage your own workload and deliver projects on time with minimal direction.\nExperience working with AI/ML tools or implementing AI-driven solutions.\nBachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n\nNICE TO HAVE:\n\nExperience in fintech, financial services, or a high-growth environment.\nFamiliarity with Python or another programming language for data analysis.\nExperience with Salesforce Service Cloud.\nMaster's degree in a related field.\n WHAT MAKES YOU STANDOUT:\n\nBusiness-Minded: Connects data to business impact, not just analysis.\nAI & Analytics Curiosity: Excited to explore LLMs, predictive modeling, and new tools, and quick to put them to work.\nOperationally Grounded: Uses data to improve processes and outcomes.\nClear Communicator: Turns data into clear, actionable stories for teams and leaders.\nCollaborative: Builds trust and works well across Ops, Product, and other teams.\nOwnership: Proactive self-starter who raises concerns early and follows through.\nAdaptability: Shifts focus quickly as priorities change while keeping existing work on track.\nMember-Centric: Always ties insights back to improving customer experience.\n\nCOMPENSATION: \nThe base salary range for this role is $61,000 to $97,000 annually, based on market data and internal compensation practices.
